A largely residential area west of Greater Noida, described by Times of India as having limited public transport.
The Public Investment Board cleared an 8.4 km, 5-station elevated metro corridor from Noida Sector 51 to Greater Noida West Sector 4 in July 2026; as of 7 September 2026 it was awaiting Union Cabinet approval (Times of India). Status: proposed (not yet approved by the Union Cabinet).
Public transport depends on a corridor that is not yet approved. Check occupancy and completion certificates, Greater Noida Authority dues and transfer conditions, and UP RERA registration (up-rera.in) before buying. Take independent professional advice where needed.
