Overview

The sectors around Noida Sector 51 and Sector 52, where the NMRC Aqua Line and the Delhi Metro Blue Line meet (Times of India; India TV).

Connectivity

The Aqua Line runs from Noida Sector 51 to Depot station in Greater Noida (Times of India, 7 September 2026). An air-conditioned skywalk of about 400 m linking the Aqua Line's Sector 51 station with the Blue Line's Sector 52 station opened on 28 August 2026, about three years after work began and after several missed deadlines (Times of India; India TV). Status: operational.

Infrastructure and planned projects

Times of India reported on 7 September 2026 that Union Cabinet approval was expected for an elevated metro corridor from Noida Sector 51 to Greater Noida West Sector 4. Status: proposed (awaiting approval).

Things to consider

The Greater Noida West line has not been approved. Verify title, land records, master-plan land use, Noida Authority lease terms and UP RERA registration (up-rera.in) where applicable, and take independent professional advice where needed.
