Overview

An integrated industrial township at Loni, Ghaziabad, developed by UPSIDC on about 1,975 acres, with industrial, residential, commercial and institutional sectors, about 2.5 km from the Delhi border (UP government NRI portal; that page was last updated in May 2020). UPSIDA publishes sector layouts, noting they are for reference only and subject to revision (UPSIDA).

Connectivity

The township is reached from Alipur–Bund Road on the west and the Delhi–Saharanpur road on the east (UP government NRI portal). Status: operational.

Infrastructure and planned projects

In July 2025 NHAI tendered a consultant for a feasibility study and DPR of a proposed 65 km highway linking Tronica City to the FNG Expressway (PTI via ThePrint). Status: proposed (study stage).

Things to consider

Some official information dates from 2020; confirm current status with UPSIDA. Verify allotment, transfer permission, lease terms, dues and any applicable UP RERA registration (up-rera.in) before buying. Take independent professional advice where needed.
